Pricing & Promotions

All prices shown are in AUD. Delivery charges will be calculated according to the quantity and weight. All charges will be clearly displayed at the checkout. If there should be any additional delivery charges we will notify you. In the rare and unlikely event that this may occur you have the option to pay the additional charges or cancel your order with full refund.

Promotions are subject to change at any time without any notice to the customer(s). In the event of a promotion or sale, the Snowy River Crystals website will advertise the sale price automatically. If, for any reason the product is unavailable we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Payment Options

  • Payments can be made either by Paypal (account or guest Credit Card payment), Credit Card or Internet Funds Transfer*\ Direct Bank Deposit* (our Bank Acct details will be emailed to you with the invoice for payment).
    * It may take 3 business days or more for your payment to show up in our bank A/C.
    (Orders will only be shipped once the amount payable on the invoice is received by us in full)

For Click And Collect orders, Pay Online and select the ‘Pay Online and Pick Up From Orbost’ option in the shipping section at the checkout. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

For Cash\ Payment On Collection, Please email us with the Item Number(s) and we will organise an invoice and time for you to pick up your purchase from our location, EFTPOS facilities available.

Shipping & Delivery

At Snowy River Crystals our aim is to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 days after payment on the order has been processed and the funds have cleared in our account. Should there be a delay with your order for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible, either by phone or email.

Estimated delivery within Australia is from 5 to 15 working days (this may be extended at short notice due to COVID-19). You can select the Express Post option for faster delivery via Australia Post if you need your order items urgently (Aust Post are currently advising some delays with Express Post deliveries due to COVID-19, delivery can be expected within 3-10 working days). Please contact us by phone and let us know if you require delivery sooner and we can check with local courier companies on delivery timeframe and cost. We will do our best to provide you with the highest level of customer service.
Deliveries will be made by Australia Post by default or when required we will organise a Courier, depending on your location. In this case please call or email us to organise an estimate for delivery via courier. If you agree to the cost we will send you an invoice including the courier delivery cost for payment.

*NOTE: Australia Post shipping calculator on website is a guide only.
*There are two options for delivery; 
*1. Option one is signature on delivery. (Additional Australia Post charges apply)
*2. Option two is for insurance for orders over $100.00. (Additional Australia Post charges apply)

In case your ordered items are not received, please Contact Us within 28 days of your order date and we can check the delivery status of your order with our delivery partners. After 28 days it becomes very difficult to trace and investigate a missing delivery item. If no contact has been made within that time, we will assume your order has been received in full and order status will be marked as completed.

Select your option in the comments section at the checkout page while finalizing your order. If no option has been selected, we will decide the best available freight option and send your order accordingly. If the delivery address is unit or a shop address, we highly recommend signature on delivery option be selected at the checkout. Signature on delivery option generally covers the item under insurance to a maximum value of $100. If signature on delivery option is not mentioned and items are not received, Snowy River Crystals will not be liable for any lost shipments. We will provide you with a proof of items sent by sending you copies of the shipping label and the tracking number. Should you wish, you can take matter further directly with delivery company.

You can view your order by logging into your account and clicking on Orders.

Updating Account Information

Log in to your account Dashboard to update your personal details including address, phone number & Password.

Product Liability Disclaimer

Snowy River Crystals assumes no liability for property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of any product sold.

Customers should be advised that crystals and stones are not recommended for small children and they should only be used by children under adult supervision. Crystals and stones can have sharp edges. Small crystals and stones should never be left near toddlers and babies. Small stones, especially tumbled stones have an appearance similar to candy.

Products, Returns & Replacements

All sizes and measurements of the products are to be considered approximate; we have tried to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. No two polished items are the same as they are handmade. Many stones have naturally occurring inclusions, fractures and cracks that do not affect their individual quality.

Snowy River Crystals appreciates your business and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, we only refund or accept returns if any product is faulty. For any short shipments or breakages, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. If signing for your delivery, please make sure you have the total amount of boxes and that they are in good condition. Any loss or damage must be noted by the delivery person.

Important Note: your shipping costs will not be refunded for any reason. 
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return item(s).

We will only use or disclose your personal information for the primary purpose of our business or purposes related to our business activities such secure payments\ delivery information. Our secure payment options are facilitated by PayPal, WooCommerce and Stripe and all personal data used in these transactions is held by those entities, we only receive the payment received data for processing your order.

We will not publish your name in connection with any information you provide without your permission. We use store feedback that users send to us. This feedback is used to administer and refine our service. We may also use the information to improve or promote this site. In order to deliver our services and products to you, we provide your name and address to the relevant business partners like Australia Post and Courier Companies only, as this information is required for your order to be delivered.
